    I watched this episode today featuring Marc Haeberlin, and was immediately re-initiated. It’s cooking like this that captured my heart and made me fall in love with French cooking in the first place. Whenever I return to France, it is my sincere desire to dine at Mr. Haeberlin’s establishment. Merci, chef, for re-kindling the flames of my passion for beautiful food.

  8. I love the show. However, I tryed to print out the recipe for Chef haeberlin’s Salmon with a Pike mousse and the recipe was not there. Only the Chicken breast with Foie Gras. I would love to get the other recipe. HELP/
