Ashley James travels to Nice, the gateway to the French Riviera and one of the best places to sample typical French fare. He visits the kitchen of Jean-Denis Rieubland at Le Chantecler, a One-Star Michelin restaurant in the luxurious Hotel Negresco. Chef Rieubland does not fail to impress as he chooses the best produce and fish from the Cannes market to create his dishes.Dessert is another work of art as the pastry chef blows sugar to make glass-like molds that resemble apples.

Hi Anna you can find all the recipes of Chef Jean-Denis Rieubland under Episode on his page!
I liked the show very much.
I live for this show. I can’t wait to see what new recipes I can try. The only problem is,it takes me so long to convert the metric amounts to my american measurements, that I often make mistakes. Can you make it a little easier for us? Thanks
I missed part of the show, but watched the puffed potato being fried. I looked for the recipe and thought “Pomme Soufflee” under recipes was the fried potato.I clicked on it and up came the blown sugar apple dessert on the web site. Where can I learn to make the fried puffed up potato?? Thanks for helping me out!!
Sorry about the inconvenience, but as soon as i get the recipe i will post it on our website. Thanks for watching.
