Pleae email me the recipes from episode #112. Your presentations were amazing. I love to cook and would like to recreate some of them.

Bonjour, enchanté. Je viens de voir votre spectacle pour le première fois, et je l’aime! Please, could/would you send me the recipe and instructions for the blown apple with caramelized apple and crumble en mousse? I would be greatly appreciative.

    Merci beaucoup!

I liked the show very much.

  4. I live for this show. I can’t wait to see what new recipes I can try. The only problem is,it takes me so long to convert the metric amounts to my american measurements, that I often make mistakes. Can you make it a little easier for us? Thanks

I missed part of the show, but watched the puffed potato being fried. I looked for the recipe and thought “Pomme Soufflee” under recipes was the fried potato.I clicked on it and up came the blown sugar apple dessert on the web site. Where can I learn to make the fried puffed up potato?? Thanks for helping me out!! :) :)
