Spinach Shakshuka, Eggs and Caciocavallo Cheese

Serves 4

2 Onion, Minced
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
4 cloves Garlic
Half Cup of Sweet Cream
Half Kilogram of Spinach
4 Eggs
50 Grams of Caciocavallo Cheese, grated
Truffle Oil
20 Grams of Roasted Walnuts


Step 1 In a frying pan, lightly fry the onion with the olive oil until golden and then add the garlic and spinach – fry for 3 minutes.
Add the sweet cream and mix.

Step 2 Break open the eggs in the center of the mixture and sprinkle the caciocavallo cheese – cook for 2 minutes.
Drizzle the truffle oil and sprinkle the roasted walnuts.
Serve on a warm frying pan with warm bread.
